What we do — new divisions

Vehicles, China, and the fleets between them.

Three divisions built around one route: commercial vehicles from factory to running network, and the commercial relationships that make the route work in both directions.

Division 01

Automotive & Commercial Vehicles

Distribution, market entry and after-sales structures for commercial vehicle manufacturers entering the European market. We build the commercial side of a vehicle launch — importer agreements, dealer and service networks, homologation coordination, parts logistics — and stay accountable for how it performs after the ribbon is cut.

We work both directions: manufacturers from Asia looking for a structured route into the EU, and European operators looking for the right factory partner. Vehicles, chassis, superstructures, spare parts — one team, one agreement, from first meeting to running network.

Division 02

China–Europe Trade Desk

A dedicated desk for commercial relationships between Chinese manufacturers and European operators. We source the counterparty, structure the partnership, coordinate the paperwork on both sides, and stay in the room until the cooperation is signed and delivering — in English, Chinese business practice, and European contract law.

China is where our supply relationships concentrate; Central Europe is where we operate. The desk exists because deals between the two fail on translation — not of language, but of expectations, timelines and commercial custom. That translation is the product.

Division 03

Fleet & Logistics Solutions

Commercial vehicle fleets, put to work: deployment structures, rental and lease-to-operate models, and partnerships with established logistics operators across Germany and Central Europe. For manufacturers, a route to get vehicles operating in the market and generating feedback; for operators, access to new equipment without capital lock-up.
